Before
being worn, the cloth should be folded (wiru) first. The big or width
of wiron are:
· · 3 fingers (for male)
· · 2 fingers (for female)
For Yogyakarta style, the cloth seret is still seen. In order that
wiron doesn’t lose, it’s better to be given tweezers.
This is also to make wiron tidy.
After that, cloth is worn. For male, the cloth wiron is on the right
side, the opposite with female. Special for the cloth with parang
motive, for Yogyakarta style, for male, parang direction is the opposite
with keris (weapon) direction. If we pull line between keris and parang,
so it will be crossing line. For the motives in which there is garuda
bird motive, so the position of garuda must stand and try to place
it in the middle of the user’s buttock.
